Great location, friendly and accommodating staff. Price point is on point with level of expectation. Sustainability efforts A++. All take-away is compostable, Boxed Water in the rooms instead of plastic, eco body products, wood floors in rooms, recycled plastic flooring instead of carpet. No hotel off-gassing smells. Nice work! Love the large windows, electric black out shades and the bed so very comfortable! Housekeeping could be a little more through with attention to detail. I'll definitely stay again!

The room was clean, and check-in/out was easy. The location was great next to the GRAM. Coffee, good restaurants, and great beer within blocks. A little bit of a homeless problem. The kicker was our car was side swiped parked out front of the hotel.
