After a few recent vacations, I was beginning to think that good hotel service no longer existed—until we stayed here. Wonderful and super accommodating front desk staff helped us tremendously and bent over backwards to make us comfortable! We have a two year old and I mistakenly booked a small room, which looked a bit tight for the three of us. They offered to upgrade us to a larger room, moved all our luggage for us and did it all with ease and a smile. That’s service and really helped make coming back to this hotel so lovely each day after hiking the beautiful trails of Zion.
The location is perfect and the rooms are updated and tastefully designed. What else could you ask for?
Loved this place. Perfect location to be able to walk (about 10 min) into Zion Park. Small grocery store within 5 min walk. Lovely setting. Beautifully maintained grounds right on the river. Nice pool and spa (after hiking, the spa was just what we needed). We have a 2 bedroom suite with a small kitchen. Rooms look to be newly remodeled. Very nice decor, bedding, bathrooms. Balcony with each bedroom overlooking the grass and down to the river. Close to restaurants in Springdale. Couldn't recommend anything better for visiting Zion. We also drove one day to Bryce for hiking and that worked great. About 2 hr drive.
