At Club Quarters, families can stay in a guest room, a studio or a suite. Studios and suites offer kitchenettes and sofa beds. The hotel often combines rooms and two-room suites especially for families. Free high-speed wireless Internet is available throughout the hotel. Elephant Castle is an onsite restaurant and bar fashioned like an English Pub that serves British and American dishes, along with a range of beers and Scotch whiskeys. It is open for all meals. Cold, filtered water is available for free on each floor outside the rooms. Many shops and restaurants surround the hotel. Very good service, excellent location, great room............. Would recommend to all who want to stay close to downtown. Happy hour on Monday, tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, free coffee and drinks every morning.
We were in Chicago for a couple of nights so needed somewhere central as a base and the Club Quarters was recommended. It’s reasonably priced given the location and they’ve been very creative with the space that is available to them. They managed to fit in a king size bed along with a microwave, giant tv and coffee machine! We arrived quite late and there was someone on hand to help us check in (kiosks were available too). There is a gym, restaurant attached (reviewed separately). There were some nice little touches, included a picture of the refillable bottles available in all of the corridors, nice space in reception, staff were happy to store our luggage and there were valets to park for you. The hotel is close to Union station and the CTA rail to the airport, we even had a great view of the flamingo sculpture downstairs. Willis tower etc was within walking distance, felt like a safe area. I would definitely recommend for those wanting somewhere not too pricey!
