Terrible service, Terrible housekeeping, very unprofessional!! Our a/c smelled like urine, didn't have another room to move us to, so went without a/c. Were told they would speak with manager and someone would let us know something in the morning and would move us. No one contacted us. I had to call and go to front desk 3 times, (once told come back, another time was told would be moved come back and get key) before anyone gave us an answer and then they said there were no rooms, after i insisted that i was told they would move us, we finally got another room. Then later were told could not give us any more of a discount because they moved us. The manager of this hotel NEVER once contacted me during this time! The only good part of our stay at this hotel was Cortney, the front desk gentlemen at night. This took til 3 pm in the afternoon. I also spent over an hour on the phone to choice hotels as well! If you value your time, your money and your sanity, do not stay here.
This place is just fine for a night or two stay. Nothing stood out except it's a great value especially considering they have a pretty decent breakfast. Everything was fine with the place for the most part. Except the bathrooms are small. The hotel is just off of the highway and is less than 10 minutes from Ruby Falls and the Downtown area. Probably 5 minutes to the Choo Choo. However with it being near the highway, there were a few homeless people hanging out under the bridge. We would probably stay here again.
