I liked this hotel; they were friendly at the front desk, the breakfast was good, they had lots of parking and the room was a nice, large suite. The only thing that was an issue was that their Wi-Fi was really unreliable that evening. The lady at the desk reset it, but it was really slow on both my phone and laptop, and I had to restart the streaming Wi-Fi a couple of times. That was the only negative issue.

Stayed at Comfort Suites Elgin, IL recently while attending a wedding. What an excellent choice! The hotel had 4 wedding parties booked for the same weekend. There was not a glitch the entire weekend.

We arrived at the hotel too early for an early check-in. The Manager on Duty, Christina was training a new employee. While engaging us in conversation, she asked if there was anything in particular we wanted to do. I mentioned a casino and she not only gave us directions, she also suggested we eat at their buffet...which we did.

The day of the wedding we opted to use a pre-arranged hotel shuttle to the wedding venue. When we boarded the hotel shuttle van, Manager Christina joined us to train a new driver. The shuttle van was only 12 minutes late picking us up from the wedding.

The hotel rooms were clean, the property was clean, the staff was both both courteous and professional. Th e property was close to restaurants, shopping, activities....it was in a great location. We only moved our car once to go shopping for a tie.
