Overview

The Courtyard Austin Downtown/Convention Center is located near the Austin Convention Center, State Capitol, University of Texas, Whole Foods Market flagship store and Warehouse District. Nearby activities include hiking, biking or running at Zilker Park and Austin’s Park, watching bats under Congress Avenue Bridge and visiting the Austin Children’s Museum.

The hotel has two onsite restaurants — Champions Restaurant & Bar and a Starbucks. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, valet and self-parking, an indoor pool, whirlpool and fitness center.

Updated guest rooms have panoramic views of the city. Executive rooms have microwaves and mini-fridges. Rooms have either one king, one king with a sofa bed or two queen beds; suites come with one king bed and a sofa bed.

Great Stay!

Enjoyed an awesome company retreat there in Austin, TX... highlighted by our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Austin, Downtown. The staff was always so helpful, and the rooms were awesome! Loved being right down town! Thanks to all who made it such a great couple of days!

Clean, comfortable and a sanctuary during events

I stayed here during the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Austin and the hotel was a perfect sanctuary during the trip. The rooms are clean and comfortable and easy to back to after a long day, The staff was phenomenal and were more than accommodating in addition to being exceptionally helpful. While I do stay at Marriotts and their affiliates all the time, I would stay here again regardless of their points and affiliation.
