The property itself was beautiful and the staff very accommodating. My biggest complaint was with the size of our room. The only thing that made it suitable for 2 people was that it did, in fact have two beds. However, the closet was extremely small and the dresser had 2 TINY drawers. We were there for almost a week and couldn't unpack our suitcases, leaving the room very cluttered. The other issue was the Starbucks kiosk in the lobby closing around noon every day! We were there for a convention and the hotel was near capacity I'm sure. It would have been nice to grab a cup of coffee in the afternoon.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms were clean (we had 2), showers are modern and huge. The view from 217 was perfect (king bay view with balcony). Only complaints: breakfast was good but $15 for a buffet is too much. Also, parking should be comped for members. Otherwise, perfection and we would stay there again.
