A lot of good things about this hotel. The location is very central to the University area. Probably 5 restaurants within 5 min walk, another 20 across the road in a large plaza.
Rooms were standard Courtyard, all good I slept well. Breakfast was very good and cooked to order, well above what I have seen at other Courtyards. And they offered a full bar. Excellent value for price paid and also free parking.
I stayed here for a convention, where the host hotel was the Hilton across the street. I am very loyal to Marriott, so I decided to stay at the Courtyard since it is just across the street. My stay at the hotel was solid. I did not have a car, and I planned on walking across the street for both days activities. When I went across the first day, there is no sidewalk from the Courtyard to the main road. Then, when you get to the intersection, there is no crosswalk. It is a busy road, and it is not easy to get across. I ended up making it across both days, but it was not convenient, when most of the main attractions are across that intersection.
