Overview

With great views of the San Francisco Peaks and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, Courtyard Flagstaff is a pleasant, convenient place to call home during your trip. Choose either a two-queen guest room (with or without a balcony), or opt for the one-bedroom suite with a king bed and sofa bed, plus a crib if necessary. All rooms include a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and free Wi-Fi.

Begin your day with a hot breakfast at the Courtyard Cafe (sometimes you can find deals that include breakfast; otherwise you’ll have to pay extra). Once you return from the day’s explorations, relax around the firepit or take a dip in the indoor pool.

Unbelievably noisy airconditioning

by Tayshem97

Our first visit to Flagstaff and we looked forward to it. Unfortunately the stay at Courtyard Flagstaff was very disappointing, starting with check in - no hotel or service information offered (where do you park, where is the lift, services etc.) and no status recognition. The room was OK, but the air conditioning was DEAFENINGLY NOISY! It was like being under the flight path of a major airport with no noice insulation. They ran out of food at breakfast and people had to sit around and wait. This hotel was expensive for a Courtyard and we will not be back.

Go Across the Street

by Briana L

Not a fan of the Marriott Courtyard model, from the decor that is like Laugh In on a bad trip and a service model designed to extract as much money as possible, and slow you down. Across the street at Hilton, there is a breakfast buffet, free coffee and you can be on you way in 20 minutes, bill paid out the door. At Courtyard, everyone lines up to order breakfast like a fast food restaurant, with out the "fast". Coffee is available 24 hours, but at breakfast you have to pay for a cup of coffee. The coffee is Starbucks, and everything is served in paper cups-not a mug to be found. We are not particularly environmentally conscious, but it does pain me to see there is no effort in this establishment-from the lack of mugs to the individually plastic wrapped water plastic cups in each room. Would it be so hard to use ceramic mugs and real glass? We managed with travel mugs. As Executive Club Members we opted for the food vouchers, which we used at breakfast-but do not cover the cost of breakfast. In retrospect, we wished we had used them the night before in the bar (which was good) and skipped breakfast for the multitude of really fast food places in Flagstaff- Waffle House is nearby. i will note the bartender the night before was excellent and the drinks were good.
