Located near the Jacksonville Cruise Port, this hotel is ideal for families who are getting ready to depart on a cruise. Downtown Jacksonville is also not far from the hotel for those who wish to explore. After a day of seeing the town or a day of travel, families can enjoy some quality time by the outdoor pool. The kids can take a dip and swim, while the adults can unwind and relax on the surrounding pool deck chairs. The nearby fire pit is a nice spot at night for family time too. The comfortable and spacious guestrooms and suites feature a king or two queen beds, a sleeper sofa, mini-fridge, microwave, flat screen television and a coffee maker. Cribs and connecting rooms are available upon request. Complimentary Wi-Fi access can be found throughout the hotel, making it convenient for both kids and adults to stay connected to work, school and home while traveling. Families can start each morning with a delicious breakfast at the onsite restaurant, The Bistro. The fitness center is a great place to stay on top of workouts.

Nice Stay

Stayed here while in town for football game. Nice location and plenty of free parking.
Near Walmart and plenty of restaurants.
Hotel was undergoing remodeling,but noise wasn’t a issue.
Front desk was pleasant and friendly
Pool was nice and clean
Would definitely stay again

We Were Left Stranded by Carnival Cruise Lines

So, we were left stranded by Carnival Cruise Lines because we were 20 minutesSo, we were left stranded by Carnival Cruise Lines because we were 20 minutes late. We got turned around at the gate, the ship was still there, and they knew we had encountered a storm while driving. Having said that, we were devastated, not just because we had driven 9 hours, but because this was our honeymoon we never got to go on. My husband, who is a Veteran in the Military, who had never been on a cruise, was so deflated...We then looked for a place to stay so we could gather our thoughts so we looked on our Marriott app and found this hotel. THEY WERE WONDERFUL TO US! When we checked in, they were sympathetic and comforting, as we shared our story, and encouraging! This morning, as we were getting off of the elevator, a young man greeted us with huge smile and pleasantries, even the housekeeping staff was amazing!!!!! The young lady at the desk was nice, pleasant and professional also! You have no idea how this staff and an extremely comfortable night’s sleep turned our frowns into smile!! It was a breath of fresh air! God knew what we needed, and these people were in our paths to encourage us! Blessings to each of them! Glory to My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Make Him Yours!! late.
