We stayed one night before a cruise. We asked for extra pillows and got them promptly. One of my friends took a shower and the water wasn’t draining so I called the front desk and they sent someone who was not the maintenance person and he couldn’t fix it, they called the off duty maintenance man and he was there so n less than 30 minutes with a smile on his face and fixed it within minutes. There was construction and renovation going on but didn’t start until 8. Breakfast was great and staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

1 night stay in town for a family gathering, experience here was highly disappointing. There was a 20 - 30 minute wait during check-in. Hotel floor was not clean from lobby, in elevators and hallways. Changing sheets and towels does not equate to cleanliness: room was filthy, floor was not vacuum, tub drain was severely clogged, there is a mildew/dusty odor that many rooms have.....an issue with air ventilation. Older hotel and work is still needed for improvement, along with additional staff to assist with the cleaning issues. Please work on the ventilation as a priority. Wrong name on the building. The price is not worth it.....< $70 with tax.
