Highly Recommend

Top notch customer service experience from beginning to end of trip. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and could not be nicer. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the New York Manhattan/SoHo area.

Rooms were clean and had everything a traveler needs. Lots to of options to pick from in that area and I was very happy with my selection. Look forward to returning.

Special shout out for making our trip so wonderful due to the fantastic customer service which exceeded our expectations.

Also Musician friendly!

Mostly Disappointed

by crkport

Stayed here for a weekend with my husband.

The Good things — the front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean.

The Not-so-great things — the room was tiny (and we were upgraded. Nothing for elite guests, no breakfast, no lounge. Location is very poor because the traffic pattern has all traffic going to NJ tunnel funneled down this street, so getting here and getting picked up here is impossible to say the least. Also, we wanted to get a cup of coffee from the breakfast area and there was a line of about 5 people. Took 20 minute! The guy making coffee and sandwiches was moving in slow motion and could have cared less! People were leaving and annoyed. Tables were dirty and not cleared, they clearly do not staff this correctly. I assume it is subbed out to Starbucks but it is still your hotel.

Overall we were disappointed given the expense of the hotel (and yes, I know that hotel rooms in NYC are all small, I stay here every week).
