Also located within several blocks of Portland Saturday Market, this Marriott has the feel of a boutique property. Grab the one bedroom suite with two queen beds and you’ll have a large sitting area to rest after your day of roaming the city. Other amenities include breakfast at The Original and a fitness center, but no pool.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years. We stayed three nights this trip; two nights on points and moved to a different room for our third night.
The wallpaper, fixtures and carpet are all tired looking and show obvious signs of wear. The location is very good; close to the pearl district. The hotel restaurant is nothing to write home about, though the bar is popular. Parking here just keeps getting more and more expensive- there is no self parking and valet is $45 per night (ouch). There is easy access to transit.
The rooms really need a facelift.
This hotel was booked for me as part of a business trip but it could not have been better.
Check in was fast, efficient and courteous, the location for Downtown Portland is superb!
Great restaurants nearly as well as the wonderful Pioneer Square and the Saturday market. Clean well-equipped and spacious rooms make this a top quality hotel.
