Overview

This clean and comfortable budget hotel is a good option for families looking for something affordable during their stay in Abilene. The standard rooms can hold a family of four or five, on two queen beds and a crib or rollaway. Every room comes with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, and the free continental breakfast provided each morning is both hot and healthy. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, free airport shuttle, and a refreshing outdoor pool. The hotel is in a busy retail area near the highway, but is set back from the road enough that traffic noise isn’t a problem.

The Days Inn is located near the huge Abilene Mall in the southern part of town. The hotel shares a parking lot with several fast food and casual restaurants, so quick late night meals are easy to find. Area attractions are mostly within a few miles of the hotel. Downtown Abilene, with its wonderful array of museums, shops, and restaurants, is a 10-minute drive to the north. After time well spent at the likes of Frontier Texas, the Grace Museum, and the 12th Armored Museum, your family will enjoy mingling with the giraffes, flamingos, and alligators at the Abilene Zoo. Your hotel also puts you close to fishing fun at Kirby Lake and the nature trails of Abilene State Park. For a budget-conscious family looking for convenience and safety, the Days Inn is a great choice for your big trip to Abilene.

Work

We made reservations online with Wyndham and get to hotel and they refuse to use our Visa Credit Card that we have used there in the passed and the gentleman was very rude. We travel doing warranty service work on mobile we live in hotel and find this to be very in convenient when we are traveling. Hiring better workers would be nice.

Don't stay here

by Workontheroads

They didn't clean and just kicked the cockroaches to the side of the room. My girlfriend knocked on the window and it broke they charged me 500 dollars.the guy that put it in said it didn't even cost 200 to fix it. I pretty much live on the road from now on I will never stay in a Wyndham motel again. I spend about 4000 a month on motels
