I was very upset with my stay and will NEVER return again. I'm handicapped and was given a second floor room they had no elevator and the stairs about killed me. The room we were in the carpet was so dirty I had to throw away a few pairs of socks just from walking to the bathroom and back to bed. The workers were not friendly and all you hear from them is I can't or I'll loose my job. I had to board my cat due to the no pet policy but find 3 to 4 room's with pet's! I also have a doctor's notice for my cat due to stress issues. When trying to do laundry nobody offers to help knowing I had recently had spine surgery and paid 388.00 a week and asked for a roll of toilet tissue to be told I have to supply my own!? The carpet in the room was wall to wall but it was bunched up and easy to trip over. We left early and found a different place that was easier on my body and health.

Check in slow, 1 receptionist only that took ages to register us and took outside phone calls aswell. Room next to reception on ground floor, consisted of two queen beds, big fridge and freezer, two ring cooker, no oven, microwave, table and two chairs and 1 lounging chair. Was a good size. Bathroom, small with shower which was hot and powerful. Problems, only 1 fork (was replaced) , 1 ring did not work (was fixed) , internet poor could not connect, was not resolved all night, never got on. Beds were comfortable, slept well. No ice machine, expected you to use freezer compartment in fridge. On site laundry which was good. Had pool never used it. There were two BBQ outside but no utensils (didn't use). Would use again but missed the internet.
