Overview

It’s hard to find one place that will please everyone; but this condominium resort in the heart of the White Mountains will come pretty darn close. It’s situated right near Loon Mountain and an easy drive to Cannon for winter skiing; but is also located on a private lake that’s perfect for swimming, boating and fishing in the summer. Moreover, it’s walking distance from downtown Lincoln, a mecca for cute shops and restaurants, and close by kid-friendly attractions including Clark’s Trading Post, the Flume Gorge and Santa’s Village. Topping it off is a recreation center complete with a pool, hot tub and game room.

The accommodations are equally crowd-pleasing, with a mix of studios and one-, two-, three- and even four-bedroom townhouses. They are decorated in a selection of simple, B&B style furniture rather than the more modern furnishings of some condo developments. Some bedrooms have Jacuzzi style tubs, and kitchens have stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker.

Peaceful spot with well designed units

by Alison L S

Long weekend here with another couple. Built along the Pemigewasset River (of Flume & Basin fame). If you leave your windows open a crack, you will be lulled by the babbling of the river. Our unit was spacious and well appointed. The two double rooms on either side of the large and comfortable communal area offered both couples ample privacy. The kitchen was completely equipped and we cooked several meals there. Also used the Jacuzzi and sauna that are included with stay.

Door step to the White Mountains

by Rick I

Our goal was to have a central place to visit Vermont and the White Mountains this place worked fantastic. Deer Park was great I gave it a four only because our unit was a little dated. But a small thing to overlook considering the location. The local town offers plenty of options for meals or cook at your place.
