You couldn’t get a better front-row seat on all of the action of the White Mountains than at this historic inn, located right in the center of the region. Don’t expect the lap of luxury here, but the inn goes out of its way to be extra welcoming to families, with a relaxed feel in the 30 individually-appointed rooms spread out among several buildings (many featuring separate entrances). Depending on the room, amenities include refrigerators, Jacuzzi tubs, and gas fireplaces. The inn also shares signing rights with Loon’s Mountain Club, which offers an indoor pool, hot tub and spa treatments. Also, an adjoining former train depot features a train-themed restaurant for kids and a brewery with any of a dozen beers on tap for parents.

My wife and I have enjoyed the hospitality of the Woodstock Inn & Brewery to 18 consecutive years and it keeps getting better! Visiting during the fall (early to mid October) was awesome! The food is fabulous and the bars keep the beer flowing. We certainly hope to be back again next year.
I've stayed here twice - once in the main building and once across the street. All the rooms are individual and I like that you can select the individual room you are staying in so you know what you are getting.
The rooms are generous sized but maybe a little twee and dated now - my shower was a bit feeble and I couldn't work out any heating in the room but otheriwse, the room was good.
The menu for breakfast is huge and the eggs benedict are lovely.
Great place to stay with the bar and restaurant on site.
