Looks can be deceiving. The lobby and my room appeared fine, but on closer inspection, the room in particular, was lacking. There was no refrigerator, the bath tub drained incredibly slowly, the tub/toilet room was very small, toilet was on the low side height wise, and although the omelet was great and made to order, the rest of the breakfast items seemed to run out routinely. Luis and Martin were very busy trying to accommodate the guests in the breakfast area.

From the outside this hotel looks great. Good neighborhood, close to a few nice restaurants, coffee places, etc...
But inside the service is less than expected from a hotel like this. Other than the cookie they will offer at check in, from there you are on your own.
Nobody that works there actually knows where things are. When asked where the fitness room is I got the response .... check with the front desk. "really...."
NOBODY answers the phone when you call from the room. I actually dialed the wake up call button on my phone and also dialed their phone number on my cell phone and neither answered for 5 MINUTES!!!!... When I finally got the front desk manager who said she was responsible all I received was "I'm sorry..." That's what you need to make everything right.
And.... if you want a cold cup of coffee then the starbucks mini stand in the lobby is where you want to go. And when told about the issue again you receive the make everything good..... I'm sorry....."
WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PROPERTY AGAIN. THEY NEED TO START DOING THE LITTLE THINGS RIGHT.
