I cancelled my reservations and wrote down the cancellation numbers. Received an email before the trip confirming reservation and so cancelled again. They billed me for the first night anyway even though I had cancellation numbers. Took a walk through the town of Keystone and didn't enjoy it either.

Chose this place due to location and price. The old saying, you get what you pay for is true. Was not overly impressed with the hotel. On the choice website it said Premium bedding, not sure what that meant because the beds were very uncomfortable. Towels were very dingy, dirty looking. Stayed for what we had booked only because I didn't want to get charged for cutting my stay short.
