Hidden fees and cleanliness of the room. Parking is free in their guide book & advert; but they will rip you off on end

Hidden fees and cleanliness of the room. Parking is free on their advertisements; however they'll rip you off during the check out. Breakfast is okay if you're in budget but if you're in vacation...I wouldn't recommend to eat there ????

Clean and comfortable

We stayed here for five nights in a room with a water view. It was clean and comfortable and we were given a discount for being “green”. The breakfast was edible but I wished they had a few other options such as cottage cheese and fruit. There were plenty of high carb options which I stayed away from. We ate dinner once which was quite tasty but there are few options so we went out on other nights. They have a bar which many people enjoyed. The “store” could offer some Gatorade Zero or Protein H2O options for us health conscious patrons. There was ample parking which they are apparently going to start charging for daily. I don’t agree with hotels doing this as you are already paying to stay there. I might see charging if it was a garage with security but not just for a space. Embarcadero has some problems with homelessness and tents with loads of trash laying around near the area. All in all we had no issues though.
