Meh

by ilvacationers4

The room was clean. The bed was fine. The breakfast was quite good. Cody checked us in and he was great.

The HVAC unit in the wall sounded like a motorcycle. We finally shut it off and tried to keep warm under the covers. If I can't sleep well, the whole visit is a fail, no matter how fluffy the towels are.

I was prepared to say something but the gal who checked us out couldn't be bothered to ask about our stay. We'll try someplace else next time.

Quiet Room, Bad Check In

by JessicaMatyczuk

Our first impression of this hotel was not good, as soon as I came into the lobby, the girl did not greet me, I said I was checking in and she proceeded to tell me quite aggressivley that I couldn't bring a dog into the hotel. I did not have a dog, as there was apparently one in the car parked in front of ours, that she presumed was ours. I said that it wasn't my dog and she simply pawned me off on another staff member, no apology or hello still. The girl who checked me in was fine, but boiling as it was very hot in the lobby. The people with the dog came in and in the end the puppy was a service animal. The management said they would be discussing the issue with the team. So hopefully in the future this will be handled more appropriatly. The room was clean and the rest of the staff was nice. The pool area was also sauna hot when we went in, but we propped a door open and it was a bit better. Breakfast was on the better side for hotels, the staff kept it well stocked after many football fans came down. Overall stay was good.
