We were down for a Hawkeye game and was planning on using the hide-a-bed as additional sleeping. We pulled the hide-a-bed out and it was very disgusting with hair from a guy or pet all over it. Also looked at taking the cover off of it and the bottom of the mattress was distroyed. At that point nobody wants to sleep on it. I told the person at the front desk about it and received a lot of nothing accept excuses. The Breakfast was good.

The pool is a major advantage ( especially the slide) but the room and the service need a bit of an upgrade. the room had a strong smell of moist when we entered so we needed to air it, the beds are extremely soft and the pullout bed (sofa) was highly uncomfortable.
The receptionist was rude and very unpleasant. when we asked to speak to the manager we were told that he will be only after the weekend. the other workers were nice and kind.
