A newish property, just a couple of years old. We had a first-floor suite as I had had some surgery recently, and it was very spacious, but kind of dark. They did have a larger pool, L-shaped, and plenty of room around it for lounging. Breakfast was good, although the serving space was crowded and could have been planned better. The breakfast oatmeal ran out, and they did not make more, even though there was plenty of time left. There were no individual packets on hand, and the breakfast lady even mentioned "they should have gotten some." So why didn't they?

Dwayne at the front desk worker overnight was disrespectful and rude. I called to talk to Ginger the manager about our stay. She basically called me a lair and was tell me I was wrong. So unprofessional and terrible customer service.
A manager should not act in the manner. I am appalled at this hotel.
