AMAZING STAFF

by Etevise L

Everyone at the Front Desk was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. We mostly interacted with Maria and she was delightful! She tried her best to accommodate us with early check in, every request we had she made sure it was done efficiently, and she always greeted us with a cheerful disposition.

We also had pleasant encounters with Leilani, Memphis, Katalini (sp?), and a gentleman who worked the PM shift, but I did not catch his name.

We had a pleasant stay and would definitely visit again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Won't be staying here again

I want to start off by saying the staff is incredibly nice here. From the Front Desk Supervisor to the cleaning staff, everyone had a smile on their face and very nice to speak with. During our stay, we had to move rooms due to a fight that had broken on the floor between some guests., What bothered me about this was the staff was fully aware a fight had already occurred, yet still placed us smack dab in the middle of them fighting. The rooms are extremely dated and cleanliness is not there. There is quite a bit of rust on the shower head other parts of the bathroom. The overall feeling of the room was cramped and not comfortable. The lobby area is very well designed and the breakfast has a nice selection but looks nothing like the picture on the website.
