Rude and Uninviting

by 9kenC123

We are in Lanai on our honeymoon, staying in town and decided to walk to the Four Seasons Lanai Koele after hearing so many great things, thinking perhaps on our next trip we would stay there. Upon walking up the driveway we were greeted by a stern employee who told us to leave and that we couldn’t go inside unless we were guests of the hotel. We explained we were there to look around to book it for our next trip and he was very rude and short with us. I asked if I could go inside to purchase a water (it was a hot
day) and he wouldn’t even allow that, although he reluctantly brought one out for me after I asked. That was a really unpleasant experience and now we will definitely not book there. What a shame, there is never any reason to be rude to future customers.

World class

The spa at Koele just open after a two-year renovation. It is now a world class destination health spa the best word I can use to describe is it’s just stunning anyone booking are going to stay there will absolutely love it the grounds in the garden unlike anything you’ve ever seen.Mr. Ellison hard to top architects and designers and spared nothing to create such beauty We have not had the opportunity to eat there yet but the new restaurant is Nobu light And we have a reservation for this Thursday evening
