The hotel and staff are amazing!! Everyone is so friendly and they truly do live up to their name. It's such a good feeling to do Zumba outside in the beautiful weather and the instructors were great! Been here twice already and would definitely recommend it to others! It's like a home away from home and I am planning to go back next year!
We stayed at the Friendly once again Oct 31-Nov 7. This was our 3rd visit and I don't know how they do it but it just gets better and better! We were given room 3905 in the tower. Fantastic view of the bay. The balcony was tight but we managed. Not worth the hassle of moving rooms etc. The food was amazing again. Fresh roasted turkey, shrimp and fish cooked many different ways. The desserts were always tasty and fresh made right there at the resort. That's just in the buffet. Loved Frida's too. The greatest asset is their staff. Many thanks to: Gabriel, Natalia, Mary,Double Double, Rene, Brulio, Kalusha,Palumba etc. I'm sorry if the names are not spelled correctly. We has met some fun people from Canada. The Michael Jackson show is a must see. Our maid was Nardy who did a fabulous job. We are already looking to book our next trip there!
