The staff were all smiley and outstandingly helpful. The massages were out of this world especially the man Jushin (not sure i got his name right?) i happened to bump into the General Manager Johannes and without knowing who he was told him what a fun time my daughter and i were having on our 52-25 holiday - my age and her age! She did an advanced PADI at the dive centre next door and i did my first try dive - the staff there were great too. Our first visit to the Seychelles and i hope it won't be our last. We had the best sushi ever at Seyshima and loved Trader Vicks and the salsa class! Thank you all

Being a resident/citizen of seychelles, we frequent this hotel monthly for breakfast or dinner. We have stayed in the family suites on various occasions. We pay the exorbitant prices because we felt at home and respected. Alas today, after the average breakfast, we took to the beach and sat on the deck chairs while our kids enjoyed the ocean only to be told you have to have a day pass to use the deck chairs. Fair enough, we will pay the R500 to use your deck chairs. Then we were told you were too full to accommodate us. Of the 18 deck chairs, there were 4 in use!? The pool was completely empty. I’m extremely confused by this logic. Perhaps your establishment could have a little more respect for local clients. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed.
