Overall we had a good time here. Location is fabulous and just a few steps to the beach. Generally the staff is very friendly. But sometimes a little slow. The room was big with a nice terrace. Unfortunately was the mattress for the sunbed missing. In general needs the entire hotel resort a little renovation. Disappointing was the Arabian and Asian dinner buffet. All the dishes were a little tasteless and lacked of spices from these specific regions. Breakfast buffet was good with and a lot to chose from

We stayed our first night in the Seychelles Islands at Le Meridien Fisherman’s Cove, and for the price we paid we were very pleased with our choice. Check in took a lot longer than expected, especially since we were the only people checking in at that time. But after that experience, everything else was wonderful. From our fabulous junior suite, with a great view of the ocean from our bed, to the very friendly staff and great food, we had a wonderful time at this resort.

After the long travel from the US, we were happy with a quick meal and then off to bed. We were impressed with the layout of the junior suite, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge, with a large bath in the middle of the room, the toilet in its on space, and a nice shower to the side. We were very happy with our room selection.

The next morning we woke up to gorgeous sunshine, and took a nice walk around the resort and beach area. We then enjoyed the buffet breakfast and visited the little gift shop in the lobby staffed by a lovely lady with vast knowledge of the items in the store. We checked out of the room and stored our luggage at the front desk while we enjoyed a lovely afternoon in the pool. All too soon it was time to leave. We felt that this resort set a wonderful tone to the first part of our Seychelles experience.
