New hotel in great location. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Parking somewhat limited.breakfast is good although became overwhelmed quickly and did not keep the items restocked. Located right off 1 5.
When my husband and I recently traveled to Grants Pass OR to visit our daughter, we chose to stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites. It was a great choice. From the parking lot to the common rooms to the elevator, to the pool and the patio, the building was immaculate. Our room on the 4th floor had everything we needed-clean bathroom, clean sheets, iron, mini-fridge, and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the pillows soft. The complimentary breakfast area was kept clean and stocked by the very friendly and helpful Barbara. We took Barbara's advice on places to visit and things to do in Grants Pass and we felt as if we didn't miss a thing. The cleaning staff, starting with Amanda, was always friendly and helpful. Erika was in charge of our room for most of our stay, and, along with Tabitha, kept our room clean and stocked with towels as requested, shampoo and lotion. Both Amanda and Erika asked us often is we needed anything or if there was anything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable or comfortable. Jessica also worked on our floor, and even though she wasn't in charge of our room, asked if we needed anything. We were impressed with the dedication to their job and the pride they all take in their work. The front desk staff, Jenna in particular, greeted us daily and asked about our stay. Also-there was one young man who seemed to be working especially hard at the hotel. Mack seemed to be everywhere-from the parking lot to the elevator to the lobby and pool area, Mack was working hard to make the place look and feel clean and safe. Our trip was amazing. The only thing that would keep us from returning to the Hampton Inn and Suites in Grants Pass is that there is no hot tub or spa. Thank you to everyone involved with the Hampton Inn and Suites in Grants Pass! Excellent job!
