We have stayed at this location on other occasions and had good experiences. We were greeted warmly at the front desk by Shiloh. Room was clean & comfortable. On the plus side, the breakfast was very good and the "happy hour" was very nice. Only complaints was that we had no housekeeping service--beds unmade, garbage not emptied, etc. and the towels were a little threadbare. Reported situation at checkout. Very quiet room.

Room is nice, nice bed, got an ADA room for a shower, nicely decorated, pleasant staff, very clean room, nice amenities, located near my work. The only downside in my stay was the highway noise from I-5.
