Don’t park your vehicle here unless you want it broken into!

I frequently stay at this property for business and love the convenience and staff. The staff is helpful and gracious. What more could you want?

The security however is sub-par. I have at least five fellow employees who have had their vehicles broken into while parked in the ‘secure’ facility below the hotel. It seems secure but it is not. Management gave me 30,000 points but did not offer to fix the window that was smashed.

The repair cost me a day to wait for the repair, $372 for the repair and a drive home (3 hours) in the rain with my window covered with plastic and tape. Not to mention the concern of thiefs coming to my home since they now have my address from the registration they took.

Management is aware of the frequent break-ins but has taken no additional steps such as: additional cameras, alarms for the doors tied to cameras, extra lighting to illuminate entrances and exits or additional security patrols.

Beware if you value you vehicle.

Great customer service staff did a wonderful job also the front desk was really professional and explain. I’ll be back to this hotel again . The driver was really Funny and caring also the price was good ????
