Destroying the Hilton and Hampton brand

Worn out, poorly maintained smelly and dirty. The Hilton and Hampton brand is failing.
As a Hilton Honors Diamond Silver and Gold member over the years I will have to suspend my loyalty and move over Hilton's competition.
Hampton's individually owned and managed franchisees are losing their standards with decrepit hotels and failing service.

You could not stay at a better hotel!!

This our very best experience. The staff was amazing very accommodating. Such great welcoming personalities and smiles from the minute we walked in. We have stayed at Hilton Hotels all over the United States per my job as a Travel Nurse. We will tell anyone , They really need to use the staff at this location as part of their training. They have GOLD with these wonderful people. I mean from Housekeeping forward. A true "10". The Hotel was so clean. Just BEAUTIFUL! Coffee fresh, with fresh fruit bowl. Our Suite was immaculate! God bless each and everyone of the people that we came in contact with. Hilton Really needs to look at the Gold they have in each and everyone of you beautiful people. Thank you so much for our stay.
