Hotel Stay

This was one the worst Hampton's I have had the experience to stay in and it was not all about the staff. Madison was as helpful as she could be but she had no control over the staff for keeping things clean, laundry facility cleanliness and working order or even down to the coffee being cold at 0800 in the morning during breakfast. The overall experience was not worth the points I lost staying at the facility 3 nights

Decent property

Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The woman who set the breakfast out for us each morning was excellent - cheating the opening time each morning because our group had to leave so early each day. The manager, on the other hand, is not customer focused and sets policies that do not support customers. Unclear room rates, changing room rates, and early check-out fees are among Mr. Nassir's hallmarks. My friends and I are in the area occasionally with the nearby racetrack, and will not support this business again unless there is a management change. (I was even hesitant to identify the woman who opened breakfast early bc he seems like the kind who would reprimand her for doing so.) I want to reiterate the quality of the rest of the staff.
