For an additional fee, the resort offers a playtime package for children of different age groups, which can include diapers, toys and a stroller. Teens will love the lounge and disco area. All I can say is that my wife and I had a AMAZING TIME! The dive bar at the pool and their staff are phenomenal! Mateo, Cesar, Gerardo, Ricardo, Leonardo, DIEGO, rosalia, Raul were such a great help and even though they were so crowded they attended everyone and gave the best service and drinks. I will only come to Hard rock hotel next time we come to Cancun! Such a great time, I do not want to leave. Thank you! The front desk, had such a great staff to include Freddy was so helpful. The bell boys were always quick to help and gave us ride to and from our room with such a fast notice, Giovanni, Manuel were so quick to lend us a hand and take everything to our room. Hector at the buffet Market was always next to me refilling everything. VERY IMPRESSED WITH EVERYONE HERE!
The hotel is really nice. If you are staying in heaven please be aware you can be placed at a distance from other amenities as the hotel is very big.
The food within the market and caio is ok standard, it’s buffet to cater a lot of people so please don’t expect good quality. The individual restaurants are a bit better, but I personally didn’t enjoy much that I ate there. I also spent the majority of my stay feeling unwell but can not confirm if this was due to the food or something else.
Drinks throughout are really good.
There is a lot to do from several pools to bars, a club, bikes to hire, to tennis courts.
We wanted to try the golf but didn’t feel that $50 for half a day and a further $45 to rent clubs was fair since it’s advertised as being included. These costs are per person.
The area in general has a lot to offer, you can book a lot of trips for decent prices.
I booked an appointment in the salon at the hotel which was nice, my hair looked amazing but unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the lady who did it. Even though her English was not amazing, she did exactly what I asked if not better.
William in the market is so friendly, we looked forward to seeing him.
Victoria in heaven on the day trip desk was really nice and made booking trips easy with no pressure.
