Mehhh

by vernon_speak_life

The townhome was gorgeous and the location was great. Other than that, mehhh. The staffer at the front desk was rude and trash talked us to the townhome owner who then sent a nasty email to us about reading the rules and not questioning them. This was due to asking about the pool. The staffer/manager made it abundantly clear that we were not allowed in or around the pool or any other amenities, since we rented from an owner and not from the location. If we wanted to use the amenities, (pool and air hockey) it was $50 per person per day. What a rip. On our last day there we were to check out by 11am. But by 8am the caretaker was looking for us wondering why we hadn't left yet. Annoying. Though the townhome was very nice, the comforters were stained and looked dirty. The downstairs smelled like mold. There were ants literally in every room. And there is no beach like in the photos. The beach by this location is mostly rocks and boulders. The beach you see in the pictures looks like the beach up the street which you have to hike to. Only a 5 minute walk. But nonetheless this is not beachfront to me. The picture I attached is of the view from the second floor patio at sunrise.

Location!

Amazing location on Exuma! Everything we needed was there from restaurants, pool, water activities, transportation to local shopping and excursions. Attentive staff and the the cottages are perfect for couples or families.
