Consistent but still very boring

I’m a frequent traveler and become so bored with the blandness of chain hotels. HGI is normally my go to but it’s becoming stale and bland in what it offers. Management needs to get some passion around surprising frequent guest and especially, changing up the kitchen menu.

Quick Business Trip

A one day trip to Cleveland made easier by the staff and accommodations at this hotel. The shuttle driver specifically went out of the way to make sure arrangements were taken care of, even after checking out. Very customer focused.
