Convenient location to area businesses

by FourballC

This property is close to major businesses and a short drive to Mercedes plant. Both Universities in town are 5-6 minutes away most days. There are several restaurants located nearby and again those near the University are minutes away. Large screen TVs make game watching quite enjoyable unless your team falls short.

Personal property never returned

by candaceep

We stay here regularly and I accidently left a personal item in the bathroom. I called the same evening we checked out and she stated nothing was returned to the front desk and suggested I call the next morning when the housekeeping manager is in. I called the following morning and still nothing was found per the front desk so I left a voicemail on the housekeeping manager's line. 24 hours later and still no return phone call. The item can be replaced but I know for a fact it was left in the room so I'm not sure why it hasn't been found/turned in which is most bothersome.

I do not recommend this hotel unless you are diamond/gold and can take advantage of the free breakfast which is better than other Hilton brands. Still, restaurant service is hit or miss. They've screwed up our omelette orders on several ocassions, but again, it's better than powder eggs.
