This visit exceeded my expectations! The staff was accommodating as was the rooms. Shuttle service from airport a plus. Being a IHP member a PLUS! The price was great. Located near restaurants as well as public transportation to downtown Louisville.

Another Holiday Inn

It is a Holiday Inn. Cleanish, there was throw-up in the elevator for over an hour after the front desk was told about it. The rooms were clean however, and the staff was friendly. We did have a problem with our heater/AC unit (see picture). We went over to adjust the temperature and the entire front of the unit fell off. We finally figured out that the temperature was controlled on the wall on the opposite side of the room. It still was extremely touchy and 68 was more like 58, 72 was more like 90. I do not understand why their breakfast was $10. It was nothing more than a free continental breakfast at any other hotel. Definitely not worth the cost compared to other hotels in the area.
