They sent me the complementary shuttle to the airport in 5 minutes as promised ????

Very convenient and courteous staff

TV wasn’t working, so they upgraded me to a spacious suit with a nice welcoming gift ????

Breakfast was OK in a cozy place

Laundry in third floor , but no sign indicated its presence!

Be careful about charges.

Great room and hotel but they charged us $250 because they thought we smoked in their room. Neither one of us smokes. I tried contacting the hotel directly and my credit card company. It feels like a scam.
