Comfort, cleanliness and facilities are all below par

by HotHotelReview

The short of the story is, this is a hotel that is so run down, even though there were some seemingly facelift at the lobby and bathroom section. The overall aesthetic was very dated, the room was so gross with all these brown marks all over the curtain and wall, and dust piled by the window, the sofa was very uncomfortable, the pillows and bed are worn, the phone was not working and no one bothered to come by and fix, and the internet was down (which was not the fault of the hotel) but the handling of the situation was below expectation. You don't hand a phone no. to your customer to connect to your internet provider, which is how I found out the situation and had to relay the message back to the hotel. The question was, why would I, as a guest, to be the one to get informed by the internet provider...

It was a lot of let down for even a night of stay. In terms of value, if you were driven by the price, find yourself a better motel. If you were driven by the quality of the product and experience, pay a few bucks more for many other better options in the hood

Gross

The heater squeak every time it turned off. The maid put dirty linens on my bed that were full of yellow spots. One day I came and saw a blood on the comforter! Disgusting! I would NOT recommend this hotel.
