One of the better hotel in the area

by JemnJo

I have been to Princeton a few times but this is one of the better hotel in the area.

There are some shops and restaurants right outside the hotel and there is no need to drive out.

Staffs are friendly but room service, like the rest of the hotels in the area are not fantastic. There are some leftover food bits on the carpet from the previous occupants and also that they forgot to give me complementary water on the 2nd day.

But hey, this hotel provides complementary water, so I don't have any complains.

Very dissapointed with housekeeping sevice and staff

by 2014Neel

We were very excited to spend a few days at The Westin as the location is quite scenic. But were very dissapointed with the quality of housekeeping staff and service provided. The room was not cleaned in a timely manner and i had to make requests. When cleaned the quality was quite shocking and not standards one would expect of The Westin. I had to call their 'express service' team to visit the room and check for themselves.

The hotel provides parking which was helpful. The queen bed sizes are a bit small as compared to other hotels in the vicinity. The bar and restaurant service was ok. The lobby is lovely and the location as well.

Slightly dampened with the experience. Not sure if we would like to return.
