Helpful Guest Service, meh housekeeping

by Elliethemoon

The hotel's lobby/bar area is pretty and nice. Also the starbucks in house is a big plus. The guy at the front with the long hair partially dyed red was AWESOME, I think his name was Avery. SO helpful, gave directions and recommendations for places of interest in the area, gave a great recommendation, fun convo and him being very attractive didn't hurt! Also the bartender Ricardo helped provide a great atmosphere at the bar area for my friends and I. VERY friendly, even seeming to get along with his coworkers well! If it wasn't for those two, idk if the property on its own would warrent a 5 star review but with them, from me it sure does! Wanted to give them a shout out for making the visit for me.

The other lady at the front during the evening wasn't really reading my vibes and I couldn't get much from her in terms of personability and kind of wanted to shoo me away I felt, however she was very professional just as the other two were. I think her name was Kia? The housekeepers also knocked loudly on my door early in the AM which woke me up but, I think the good outweighs the bad.

Never ended up getting a survey like they said I might.
Overall, 5/5 for property aesthetics, personalities and location.

Great visit!

We stay here occasionally while visiting family nearby. We have never had any issues with the hotel, staff, rooms, etc. One time there was an event taking place so parking was a challenge but that's always a possibility!

The rooms are spacious and generous, the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well-maintained!
