Room is ok but not convenient location

by deborahsapp8

Ok so the hotel staff is very friendly and customers seemed to feel comfortable here. Walls are very thin and a/c unit is very loud. I don’t like hotels like this but was surprised to see there was a bar and restaurant on site. Near freeway so there was only 1 restaurant within walking distance. Property is outdated but the gym and pool area seemed really nice even though gym had limited equipment similar to other hotels of this level. Is a half hour drive minimum from airport.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE

by Cathy D

This was the worst hotel experience I have had. After checking in and parking at the back of the hotel (elevator door frame was taped together with masking tape) the door lock was being worked on so I called front desk and they told me they would give me another room which just happened to be in the front of the hotel. My arms were full of clothes and travel bags that I lugged to the front desk to get my new room key. I stayed here for a wedding as this is where the block of rooms were and there was supposed to be a shuttle to the venue. There were six weddings with two shuttles. We waited in the lobby and kept being told the shuttle would be there in five minutes. After twenty minutes we finally called Lyft because we were going to be late to the reception. The hotel was so noisy that we got no sleep either night we stayed there. The elevators sounded like they were going to break down at any time each time we rode them. This hotel should be in the $50-$60 range rather than more than double that. I was embarrassed that we had stayed here as my friend was in from out of town and said this was the worst hotel she had stayed at also and she travels with her job all the time. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone-wayyy overpriced and it is in desperate need of renovation.
