Don’t stay here if you want to sleep

by davidpS5718XO

Stayed for one night with family. The hotel sits above a bar on a very busy street and the windows don’t block the noise. We were kept up most of the night by yelling people and motorcycles racing up the street. Everyone finally fell asleep, but then housekeeping knocked on the door early despite the DND sign. I asked the front desk if we could have a late checkout, since we needed more sleep, but they would only agree to an extra hour. Throw in a toilet that leaked all over the floor and a horrendous parking garage (expect your car to get dinged up in one of the extremely small spaces) - Highly recommend looking elsewhere when you’re in Richmond.

OK Hotel in Downtown Richmond

We stayed here for one night while on a trip to the mid-Atlantic area. The hotel was a little bit hard to find. It's on the second floor a building that also houses a Hampton Suites. The room was nicely appointed and staff were friendly and helpful. Two cons - very expensive and disappointing breakfast included. Pastries were definitely not freshly baked.
