So Comfy

by solotravelerNY

Whenever visiting Playa Del Carmen I always at Cielo. The room are so comfortable with great space. The service is top notch and everyone is very welcoming. Rooms have air conditioning which great when you need to escape the heat. Plus the roof deck is amazing for evening cocktails and great views.

GREAT Hotel...clean and cool!

Looking to stay in a clean and safe hotel close to the beach and nightlife? THIS is your place! Ditch the all inclusive massive resort and come experience real Mexico hospitality!

My husband and I ended up here by accident. After spending hours in a taxi trying to find a private lodging I had booked online, we ended up walking here hot and exhausted. What an AMAZING surprise. The staff was friendly, the room was cool, and everything was VERY clean. For the price, you just can't beat it. We're headed back in December and have upgraded to a deluxe room...I can hardly wait.
