Three of us stayed four nights in this hotel. The hotel is very convenient to the Disney parks and there is a free shuttle bus.
The hotel is very clean and has good facilities. There is 24/7 coffee, microwave and vending machines in foyer.
There is a fridge and kettle in the room. No cupboards or storage which makes space very tight with three people. Bathroom very small.
Convenience store only a few hundred meters away.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the renovated rooms for 3 people. Rooms were spacious, clean, with basic amenities. Additional amenities could be taken from the drawers next to receptionist. Breakfast was cheaper if purchased a night before. No queue for breakfast at 8 am. Variety and quality of food at breakfast were sufficient. No bottled water, but a vending machine on the ground floor would help. Free shuttle to Maihama station, as well as Disneyland and Disneysea. Location was unbeatable. With a price only a quarter of Disney's hotel, the distance to Disneysea was only 7 minutes easy walk with a young child. Also 7 minutes easy walk to Ikspiari, the mall full of entertainment and restaurants. This is my preferred hotel if I visit TDR in the future. They received and stored my luggage which were sent a day before check-in. Pizza delivery to your door, ask for the call number to the receptionist. Staffs were young and helpful.
