Room n pool

The first room they gave to us smelled like smoke. They gave us another room. The pool was disgusting. Disappointed I didn’t want to kids to go swimming. The breakfast was amazing there. Best breakfast actually!

Old Rooms poor service

by Mommyperish

I thought I was safe staying at a Hyatt Place, but this was more like a motel than a Hyatt property. The beds were horrible, the staff was poor, and unhelpful in every aspect. The lobby was pretty, but sure set you up for disappointment when you got to your room. Carpets looked dirty, even left out white socks filthy after walking around our room. The sofa was so warn out and smelled like urine we completely avoided sitting or even standing in this area of the room. Requested towels in the pool area (several guests did) yet they didn't bring any until everyone was out of the pool for closing and on our way to our rooms. Instead of leaving us dripping on the floor they could've brought towels before! Or at least keep the pool area stocked. I guess you get what you pay for.
