This was a business trip. The room was small, but it was just me so no biggie. The aesthetic of the room was fairly modern which was nice. The room had a dank odor, one that probably comes with age. As far as cleanliness, my room was good but I stayed for five nights and every day that I came and went I noticed a pistachio shell on the carpet outside my room. From the day arrived to the day I departed it remained there. This leads me to believe that the hallways are not vacuumed regularly. The staff was courteous but they charged my personal credit card for my entire stay despite having a preauthorized payment approval from my business. It took numerous phone calls and a couple of weeks to finally get my card refunded. A little more attention to detail would have made for a much more pleasant experience. Thank you!
This hotel has a great location near the space needle and monorail for transportation. The hotel itself is new and clean. Decor was fabulous with the Northwest flair. Our room was large with 2 queen beds and pull out sofa. It could not have been better.
