Nice hotel with comfortable accommodations. The only issue we experienced was the fact that we stayed three nights & never had our room cleaned. Possibly because we were in the last room at the end of the hallway.
This was my first time staying at Hyatt Regency and I am so pleased with the experience. The hotel is in a convenient location - in the Theatre District, close to Downtown, and a short walk to Boston Common and Boston Public Garden. The associate who handled my check-in, Tamika, was amazing, and upgraded our room which made our stay. We were in the Presidential Suite, which offered great amenities and beautiful views of Boston. There is valet available, as well as a parking garage attached so parking was convenient.
