TripAdvisor Rating

If you want to truly pamper your little angels, the Ritz-Carlton is arguably the best Beantown has to offer. Besides babysitting services, strollers and cribs on request, the hotel houses a children’s suite featuring a children’s bedroom/playroom complete with tot-sized furniture, an entertainment center with television, VCR and stereo, a “Trumpet of the Swan” video and book, arts and crafts center, toys, games, and a mini-refrigerator filled with healthy snacks and beverages. Another bonus: You can enroll your kids in the Ritz’s “A Day of Social Savvy” program where they’ll learn ballroom dancing, table manners, social correspondence and telephone etiquette. The hotel completed an $11 million renovation in 2008 of all guests rooms and suites.

Beautiful hotel

by Joanvt

We stayed here one night to bring my son to Logan Airport. I just want to say we went to the concierge for late night drinks. Mike was working. He made us feel like kings and Queens. Every need was taken care of and he was fantastic. He should be running the hotel.

Our 3rd Anniversary

by JosephGaglione

We spent our 3rd wedding anniversary with the wonderful people at the Ritz in Boston. This was an extremely special trip for us and the people at the Ritz were beyond amazing. We were welcome and congratulated by every person we met. The whole evening felt so personalized and we felt absolutely at home. Everything was seamless from start to finish. So thank you! We can not wait to spend another night with you. It is places like this that remind me what real customer service is and the difference between a stay and an experience.
