Stayed at this hotel for a business trip (one night only). I checked-out in the morning (at 7am) to attend a gathering in Nusa Dua convention center. At about 9am I was called by the hotel to inform me that they found my purse (which contained of my pocket agenda and my other mobile phone). I wasn't even aware that this purse was not in my bag! I am forever grateful that the staffs were very considerate to keep my purse and made effort to contact me (they read my name in the pocket agenda and matched it with my registration at the hotel reception). Thank you so much, Ibis Style Bali Benoa. Your staffs shine like diamonds!

This my 2nd time visit bali, for business trip purpose. Overall nice hotel with wifi access, pool, breakfast and easy public transportation (grab). Room condition little bit not good (5203) the door lock (additional) was missing.
